Let’s get started building your dream team. Our recruitment team will source, screen and interview candidates who are perfect for the job. We will handpicked your VAs to match your job requirements.

TESTING

All candidates will undergo interview, online testing and background check as part of our initial screening. We will present to you the top3 candidates for your interview to know each applicants virtualy and further assess aplicants capabilities.

INTERVIEW

Utilize the screening and knowing each candidate via virtual interview. Choose One or hire 3 VAs to be part of your team. When decided which VA to hire just let us know and we will process the pre-onbording training so you can go back to business.

HIRING

Part of the hiring process VA/s selected for the job will undergo pre-onbording training. We will help you set-up daily reporting proceedure withyour chosen VA. We will train them how to send SOD(Start of Day report) and EOD (End of Day report) to help you monitor which task your VA busy prioritizing on a daily basis. We will organize the paperwork and put up in our payroll.
