QuickBooks Accounting Assistants

A QuickBooks Accounting Assistants are responsible for managing QuickBooks accounts by sending and monitoring invoices of payment transactions of the company as well as analyzing the cost of an operation and paying suppliers.

The VA is envisioned to handle any administrative task related to finances such as the monthly preparation of Financial Statement, making phone calls to remind and follow up payments from clients, and keeping records and files related to finance up to date.
