A Virtual Assistant responsible for reviewing and assessing the takeoff for a specific project. Starting from the takeoff, the VA will draft a presentable proposal that details materials pricing as well as calculating other costs, like labor, equipment, or travel.

Taking full responsibility for every handled project, the VA is envisioned to make wise assumptions if plans are lacking information, create an RFI if necessary, and confidently communicate with clients to discuss their thoughts and concerns about the estimates.
